Sales Representative/Client Service Administrator
A lifelong resident of Niagara, Heather has spent over 16 years in real estate as an Administrative Assistant for a successful and productive team of REALTORS. Heather’s experience within the team grew as she became their very trusted and valued Client Service Adminstrator. Professionally handling the administration of all transactions, working as in information liason between clients and team members as well as between lawyers, home inspectors, lending institutions, property insurance companies and advertising providers.
Now with her real estate license, Heather is able to expand her role as she helps buyers and sellers throughout the Niagara Region make a great move! Heather has recently joined the de Laat Team as a Licensed Assistant to Shawn de Laat. Her dedication, excellent communication skills and high level of service are an asset to anyone buying or selling a home.

Dan attended the University of Guelph where he received his Bachelor of Commerce – Real Estate and Housing Degree. Always being interested in the business of real estate, in 2012, Dan joined the industry in the city of Guelph and it quickly became a passion of his. Dan was able to gain the valuable experience needed to guide his clients through any real estate transaction with the highest level of customer service, negotiation skills, and industry knowledge.
With strong ties and a love for the Niagara region, relocation back to the area to continue a career in real estate was an easy decision. Dan has now joined the de Laat Team at RE/MAX Niagara. Whether it comes to buying, selling, or investing Dan and the rest of the de Laat Team are here to help.
Lifelong experience as a resident of St. Catharines, Chris has his finger on the pulse of Niagara. An eye-witness to the growth and development the region has to offer, he now uses his ingenuity and know-how for his clients.
Bringing a collection of skills to the team, Chris has experiences in Team Management and Sales in a fast-paced telecommunication office for close to a decade. Also, working closely with administration reporting for clients like World Vision Canada and Plan International Canada, he does his part to think globally & act locally. His expertise in technical advancements and data analysis will come to a great benefit to the ever-changing, fast-paced world of Real Estate.
Coupled with a contagious charisma and unmatched work ethic, he utilizes his tools with one goal in mind – to keep you in the know, as Niagara grows.
Being in the business for over 7 years, Ashton has demonstrated the knowledge, skill set and work ethic it takes to make it in the back breaking business that is real estate. Ashton was taught by some of the top agents in the region which allows her to sell 3x the number of homes the average agent does a year.
Ashton consistently goes above and beyond for her clients and is dedicated to them through every step of the home buying and selling process. Being a lifelong resident of Niagara she has a strong passion for the region and has an excellent pulse on the market, making her an incredible resource to her clients.
Ashton attended Wilfrid Laurier University where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. In her spare time Ashton teaches and practices yoga to keep her body and mind healthy. This allows her to bring a calm and level headed approach to every real estate transaction.
